Way down yonder on the Chattahoochee It gets hotter than a hoochie coochie...
So Sarah and I wondered about this. We're pretty sure that we know what "hoochie coochie" means, but just to be technical, we're urban dictionary-ing it.
According to urbandictionary.com: 1. hoochie: a female who appears to match a set of characteristics including: trashy, often inappropriately tight dress (with or without pudge overflowing waistband); eyebrows shaved and penciled back on in dramatic fashion; heavy, mostly monotonic makeup with dark lipstick; large, gaudy, costume-grade jewlery. Frequently accompanied by multiple children from different fathers (see baby-daddy).
"Damn, did you Estela's sister at the sideshow last night? Sportin' a camel toe through her jeans, cornrows, you know she's a straight-up hoochie"
02:31 am - I hate San Antonio...like, this much (holding out hands really far). It's just not ATX. Kelly Clarkson completely rocked tonight. R-O-C-K-E-D. I went with the girl (doi) and she managed to get us some amazing seats with a fantastic view...man, the photos I took are really good...like, you can see eyelashes. AND I got to see one of my new fave bands, Graham Colton. Of course, I owe the props for Graham Colton to Lynze because she sent me all their songs before school ended. I even got to meet the band after the show and it was AWESOME. It was only for about 20 seconds, but I came away with some GCB buttons, a picture, and an autograph. Yay!
P.S. I got my nose pierced this week. Current Mood:rockin' Current Music: "Because of You" by Kelly and "Killing Me" by GCB
My friend Karoly came to visit from A&M yesterday, so I played tour guide and showed her all the sights around Austin. We also ate at Vivo, which is seriously the best restaurant ever. While we were waiting at the bar, I snapped a pic of some pretty candles:
And after dinner Karoly and I got free roses and snapped a pic in the garden area:
I wasn't ready, so I look kind of creepy...dang. After that, Nicole and I went to Lauren's party, but we left after like 20 minutes because the po-pos were driving around the complex like crazy. I mean, we didn't want to get an MIP if we weren't even drinking...that's just silly. And my mom would murder me, which would mean no more Angela.
This weekend was actually pretty exciting. Here are the highlights:
Friday
Happy Hour at Waterloo Ice House: hanging out with my girls is always fun! :)
ColdStone with Nichole: we had an awesome "date!"
Cast party with Kaci Leigh: we haven't seen each other in a while, so it was really nice to catch up.
Saturday
Explore UT: helping litte kids do art projects + free food = AWESOME!
Hanna's B-day Bash: Jason's Deli, HEB, and Old Navy were all really fun! Hanna knows how to throw a par-tay.
Beta Party: Danced the night away...and watched a drunk girl fall flat on her face. Oh, and then there was the obligatory bumping and grinding of "couples" who practically had sex right on the dance floor. Sarah, Nicole, and I were NOT a part of that!!!
Today
Quizno's for dinner with Hanna and the girls
Torchlight Book Club (one of my favorite events for the year)

So today I was walking back home after government and this really hot guy (wearing a suit!) stopped and said, "Happy Texas Independence Day!" And I thought that was cool, so we stopped and chatted for a while...nothing came of it, though. But I would just like to thank Texas history for introducing me to hot suit-wearing boys.
